With Christmas just around the corner we would like to make you aware that we’re still here to support your business over the festive period. Our telephone availability will be as follows:
Support: Open 8 – 5 Christmas Eve (24th). Closed on Bank Holidays (25th, 26th and 1st). Open 9-5 between Boxing Day and New Year’s Day (27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st)
Sales: Open 9 – 5 as normal. Closed on Bank Holidays (25th, 26th and 1st)
Partner Support: Open 8 – 6 as normal. Closed on Bank Holidays (25th, 26th and 1st)
Partner Sales: Open 9 – 5 as normal. Closed on Bank Holidays (25th, 26th and 1st)
Porting: Closed 24th December – 2nd January. Last date for new porting orders was the 20th December in case of support requirements.
Outside of these times our contact centre, as per usual, will be available 24×7 to provide first line customer support and escalation. We will also continue to strictly monitor our systems and our engineers will remain on call to attend throughout to any urgent issues.
Regular support hours resume from Wednesday 2nd January 2013.
